Event Overview:

In 2019, HP Inc tasked Radical Rising with conceptualizing and executing the Annual Channel Awards Ceremony with a distinctive Egyptian-themed design. Our team was responsible for transforming the venue, creating an immersive environment that matched the theme while highlighting the achievements of the HP Channel partners. The event featured a luxurious atmosphere with carefully chosen decorations, coordinated awards presentation, and engaging elements designed to leave a lasting impression on all attendees.

Key Highlights:

Event Theme and Concept Design: Created an Egyptian-inspired theme, featuring iconic elements like sphinx, pyramids, and hieroglyphics to immerse attendees in a world of opulence and mystery.
Venue Setup: Handled every aspect of the venue setup, from thematic décor to stage design, aligning with the ancient Egyptian aesthetic while ensuring all logistical requirements were met.
AV and Technical Support: Delivered full AV support to enhance the award ceremony with live audio and video feeds, creating an impactful experience for both the audience and award recipients.
Branding and Signage: Incorporated HP branding in all aspects of the event, from large signage to smaller items like programs, invitations, and seating arrangements.
Promoters and Hosts: Provided trained promoters and hosts to guide guests through the event, ensuring smooth proceedings and an engaging atmosphere.
Awards and Recognitions: Managed the awards process, from creative award designs to organizing the official award presentation.
Artists and Performers: Integrated Egyptian-themed performances and artistic elements, enhancing the atmosphere and elevating the overall guest experience.
Photo and Videography: Engaged professional photographers and videographers to capture every moment of the ceremony, from candid moments to key presentations.
Decor and Photobooth: Delivered custom décor elements including Egyptian-themed furniture, props, and photo booth setups for guests to take memorable pictures.
Complete Event Management: We oversaw and coordinated the entire ceremony, from arrivals and registrations to the final award presentation, ensuring a seamless flow and a high standard of service throughout.

Our Role:

Event Planning and Execution: Radical Rising took full responsibility for the event, handling everything from the initial concept design to post-event management.
Branding and Thematic Design: Developed custom designs that enhanced the venue’s atmosphere and reinforced HP’s branding.
AV and Content Management: Provided comprehensive AV support, ensuring that visuals and sound matched the high standards of the event.
Team Coordination: Managed various teams, including promoters, artists, photo and video staff, and catering, to ensure everything ran smoothly.

The theme of the event was Extravaganza, and our team brought this concept to life with a dazzling combination of event management, photo activations, branding, AV integration, and entertainment. The event celebrated HP’s top channel partners and distinguished achievements across multiple categories. Radical Rising was responsible for the concept design, coordination of artists/performers, and managing all elements of the event, ensuring a high-energy and luxurious atmosphere fitting the “Extravaganza” theme.

Extravaganza Theme Concept: Inspired by opulence and grandeur, we created a bold, vibrant event concept that featured dramatic decor and immersive elements to transport the attendees into a world of luxury.
