Radical Rising collaborated with HP to bring the HP Gaming Garage to life in Oman, focusing on creating an innovative, immersive environment for gamers and tech enthusiasts. The goal was to design a space that fosters creativity, learning, and hands-on gaming experiences.

Scope of Work:

• Spatial Design & Execution: Conceptualized and executed the overall layout, ensuring an engaging and functional gaming  and developing environment.
• Branding: Developed impactful branding elements to reflect HP’s cutting-edge image and enhance the space’s visual appeal.
• Furniture: Provided ergonomic gaming furniture, including gaming desks, chairs, and collaborative seating arrangements tailored for both competitive play and learning sessions.
• Equipment: Installed state-of-the-art gaming PCs and accessories to deliver an optimal gaming experience.

About the Project:

In collaboration with Intel, HP Inc. launched the HP Innovation Garage at Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Campus (DTEC), the largest technology startup campus in the MENA region. This state-of-the-art innovation space was designed to foster creativity, learning, and hands-on experiences for students and professionals in STEM, robotics, and VR technology.

Our Role:

1. Spatial Design & Execution:
   • Developed an optimized layout to enhance learning, collaboration, and innovation.
   • Integrated dedicated areas for VR setups, robotics, STEM activities, and a presentation space.
   • Designed an efficient storage room for all equipment and technology tools.
2. Branding:
   • Delivered customized branding elements that aligned with HP’s global identity.
   • Created engaging wall graphics and signage to highlight HP’s vision of innovation.
3. Furniture & Setup:
   • Equipped the presentation area with modern, comfortable furniture to facilitate workshops and talks.
   • Set up the VR zone, ensuring ample space for interactive experiences.
   • Designed dedicated robotics & STEM workspaces, providing students with a functional hands-on learning environment.
4. Permits & Compliance:
   • Handled all necessary permits to ensure seamless execution.
   • Complied with venue and safety regulations for the installation of advanced technology setups.

About the Project:

Radical Rising was tasked with the spatial design, execution, and branding of the HP Gaming Garage in Riyadh. This event aimed to showcase HP’s top-tier gaming equipment in an immersive and interactive environment where gamers could experience the latest tech while participating in competitions and gaming activities.

1. Spatial Design: The design of the venue was centered on creating a fully immersive and engaging environment for visitors to experience the high-performance HP gaming systems. The space was designed with the latest gaming trends in mind, creating various interactive zones that allowed attendees to experience the technology hands-on.
2. Branding: Every aspect of the venue reflected the powerful and dynamic branding of HP, ensuring the atmosphere aligned with the cutting-edge nature of the gaming equipment. We incorporated elements like logo placements, wall murals, and branded areas to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for the audience.
3. Furniture: The design incorporated specialized, comfortable, and modern furniture suitable for a gaming environment, enhancing comfort while participating in the interactive zones or gaming sessions.
4. Equipment: Radical Rising coordinated and provided top-of-the-line gaming equipment including the latest HP gaming desktops, accessories, and monitors to enhance the gaming experience.
5. Execution: From the planning stage to the final setup, we ensured that all technical, structural, and logistical aspects were efficiently handled. Our team oversaw the build-up, execution, and final installation to ensure everything ran smoothly.
