Radical Rising was tasked by HP to create a stunning and memorable experience for the HP Channel Awards Ceremony 2018. The theme of the event was Extravaganza, and our team brought this concept to life with a dazzling combination of event management, photo activations, branding, AV integration, and entertainment. The event celebrated HP’s top channel partners and distinguished achievements across multiple categories. Radical Rising was responsible for the concept design, coordination of artists/performers, and managing all elements of the event, ensuring a high-energy and luxurious atmosphere fitting the “Extravaganza” theme.

• Extravaganza Theme Concept: Inspired by opulence and grandeur, we created a bold, vibrant event concept that featured dramatic decor and immersive elements to transport the attendees into a world of luxury.
• Event Management: From conceptualization to execution, Radical Rising seamlessly managed every aspect of the event, ensuring smooth operations and a truly unforgettable experience.
• Photo Activations: Integrated engaging photo activations, offering attendees branded opportunities to capture memorable moments throughout the evening.

• Branding and AV: Integrated HP’s branding into every aspect of the event, ensuring maximum visibility and brand presence. The AV setup was carefully designed to support the grandeur of the event, complementing the visuals, music, and presentations.
• Decor: Created an atmosphere of luxury and style with themed decor elements that matched the Extravaganza theme, from table settings to stage design, resulting in a visually stunning environment.
• Giveaways: Produced stylish and relevant giveaways that highlighted HP’s brand values while leaving attendees with lasting memories of the event.

Our Role:

• Concept and Event Design: Crafted an engaging concept and brought the Extravaganza theme to life with bespoke design elements and attention to detail in every corner of the venue.
• Event Management and Coordination: Managed all logistics, ensuring the event ran on schedule and met HP’s standards for a prestigious awards ceremony.
• Entertainment: Curated high-energy and visually appealing live performances to keep the energy of the event lively and memorable.
• Brand Integration: Designed branded elements and experiences throughout the venue, helping HP to make a lasting impression on all attendees.
• Branding & AV Production: Coordinated AV production, including the setup of lighting and sound to support the live performances and awards ceremony, and strategically integrated branding across the entire venue.
• Giveaways and Activations: Produced photo activations and coordinated giveaways, leaving attendees with fun, branded mementos from the evening.
