‘Kaleidoscope’ by Kids4Kids

Event Overview:

Kids4Kids, presented by the International Association for Human Values, brought the vibrant event ‘Kaleidoscope’ to life on January 4, 2020. The show aimed to inspire young participants to contribute to the lesser privileged communities and foster an understanding of being part of the ‘One World Family’. The event brought together families and children in a celebration of unity, compassion, and creativity.

The proceeds from ‘Kaleidoscope’ were donated to orphanages and homes in Sri Lanka, providing a meaningful impact on those in need.

Radical Rising was responsible for the event management, including venue sourcing, ticketing, permits, and AV services, ensuring a successful and seamless experience.

Key Highlights:

Event Management: Executed flawless event management, handling all aspects of the event to provide an enjoyable and meaningful experience for participants and the audience.
Venue Sourcing: Identified a venue that aligned with the event’s theme, offering a space conducive to the artistic and celebratory nature of the event while supporting charitable goals.
Ticketing and Permits: Managed the entire ticketing process to make it easy for families to participate, as well as ensured all necessary permits were acquired for the event.
AV Setup: Coordinated AV services, including audio and visual equipment that enhanced the live performances and activities, adding to the lively atmosphere.
Charity Focus: Emphasized the cause behind the event, ensuring all participants and attendees understood the importance of supporting orphanages and homes in Sri Lanka. All proceeds were directed toward charity.

Our Role:

Event Management: From the initial planning stages to the final performance, we oversaw the execution of the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
Venue and Logistics: Secured the ideal venue and handled permits to ensure all logistics were managed for a smooth flow of activities.
Ticketing and Registration: Coordinated ticketing and registrations, allowing easy access for all guests, ensuring the process was streamlined and efficient.
AV Coordination: Managed AV services to create an immersive experience through high-quality sound, visual elements, and lighting, engaging attendees and amplifying the event’s mission.
