About the Project:

Radical Rising designed and executed an engaging Team Building event for Seclore, offering a series of interactive and fun activities hosted within a hotel venue. The experience combined teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving, helping strengthen relationships and fostering effective collaboration within the team.

Event Activities:

1. Murder Mystery Mania: A thrilling problem-solving activity that encouraged team members to work together to solve a fictional murder mystery.
2. Escape Box Challenge: Teams unlocked secrets, puzzles, and clues to “escape” within a set time, testing their communication and collaboration skills.
3. Resin Coaster Making: A creative hands-on activity where teams made personalized resin coasters, encouraging collaboration through crafting.
4. Percussion Synergy: A musical team-building experience where participants worked together to create rhythm and harmony using percussion instruments.
5. Perfume Making: A unique experience where the teams created personalized scents, blending creativity and teamwork in a fun, relaxed setting.

Our Role:

• Event Conceptualization: Crafting a variety of team-building activities designed to promote communication, creativity, and teamwork.
• Logistics & Management: Organizing the space, coordinating staff, and ensuring the smooth execution of all activities from start to finish.
• Material & Setup: Managing the setup of materials and required equipment for each activity, ensuring high-quality execution for the participants.
• Photo & Video Coverage: Capturing key moments and group activities throughout the event, providing SecLore with visual memories of their team-building experience.
• Giveaways: Personalized items for the participants as a token of appreciation, enhancing their overall experience.
