About the Project:

Siemon hosted a networking event to strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and professionals while promoting their networking solutions.

Our Role:

Radical Rising handled the event planning and coordination, ensuring a seamless experience. Our services included:

• AV Setup & Management:
  • Provided high-quality audiovisual equipment for presentations, panel discussions, and live demos, ensuring seamless interaction throughout the event.
• Photobooth:
  • Installed a branded photobooth that allowed guests to capture fun, memorable moments, with custom branding for increased engagement.
• Event Management:
  • Coordinated the entire event, from guest registration to on-site logistics, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all attendees.
• Branding & Decor:
  • Designed and executed eye-catching branding elements throughout the venue, including signage, banners, and digital displays, aligned with Siemon’s brand identity.
• Additional Services:
  • Managed on-site catering, staff coordination, and overall event flow to ensure everything ran smoothly and met Siemon’s expectations.
